Use this form to request permanent deletion of your PSC Vault account. Once we verify ownership of the account, we will erase your profile, quiz history, bookmarks and any associated personal data. This action cannot be undone.
What happens next
Requests are typically processed within 30 days. Once complete, all personal data is permanently wiped from our systems. Limited records required for legal or accounting compliance (e.g. payment invoices) may be retained as required by law.
